Central Illinois CCOP

The Central Illinois Community Clinical Oncology Program is a partnership between Decatur Memorial Hospital in Decatur and Memorial Medical Center, in Springfield. This partnership also involves affiliations with the physician practices of Cancer Care Specialists of Central Illinois, Central Illinois Hematology/Oncology Center, Springfield Clinic and Southern Illinois University School of Medicine Simmons Cancer Institute, as well as affiliations with Sherman Hospital in Elgin, Illinois and Carbondale Memorial Hospital in Carbondale, Illinois.

We serve 42 counties of central/southern Illinois as well as a portion of northern Illinois. We are committed to providing Illinois residents with the opportunity to participate in quality National Cancer Institute sponsored research trials for the treatment of cancer and improvement in quality of life.
